Natural Sciences faculty, staff, and students can request assistance with software installations, hardware and network problems, new computer setup, and network installation for divisional lab and office machines. Long-term projects (reorganization of labs, new building network requirements etc.) can also be requested through the workorder system.

We will respond to workorder requests as quickly as possible. Please understand that our PC technician staff consists entirely of student workers. During mid-terms, dead week and finals week, response to workorder requests will be slow.
